Paddling and Rowing

A few years ago I learned how to become a travel agent associate almost immediately. This has meant I can travel at insider rates and am treated like  travel staff wherever  I am.  So I get lower car hire rates, can often hire equipment cheaper, get offered  kayak holidays overseas as a FAM familiarisation holiday for travel agents (including all equipment and tuition).

Then I looked for even more ways to get paid to travel and I learned how to write articles quickly for the type of magazines you find on arline seats etc.  How to write travel  articles about our home town

Now read the other ways to make money from rowing, by selling boats,  books, etc online or even importing traditional  wooden craft from overseas.

I am promoting rowing and paddling canoes for all. There are enough racing websites.  Build your own canoe, buy  a  folder, or join  a club.

Marathon races  I hope to include as they  follow routes  many people will wish to follow.  This week I read of the Canadian Yukon River race. 1000 miles. Like exploration I would say!

I do not think even special purpose  very expensive ocean rowing boats are fit for  the seas as so many people have died in attempts.  Why not just enjoy  rowing for fun? A sick sailor can still set the sails for power but a sick rower  cannot position the bow against storm waves.
